Hello all! My name is Haley Schukei. I am currently at student at Texas Tech University pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies, as well as a certificate in Sports Media.

The purpose of this website is to share with you the work I create along the way. I hope you enjoy!

I am from a town east of Dallas, TX whose name you probably wouldn't recognize. I would identify it as a Friday Night Lights kind of town. This of course, made the decision to attend Tech an easy one, seeing that Lubbock's pride for our Red Raiders is the same. 

​

Naturally, to be labeled "cool" in a small town like mine, it's essential that you play a role in those Friday Night Light style productions, I did so as a cheerleader. 

​

Beginning at five-years-old and lasting for fifteen years, my journey as a cheerleader took me to some really cool places and introduced me to some even cooler people.

​

With Cheerleading finally gaining Provisional Olympic Status, I am excited to build a portfolio that showcases my expertise on the SPORT. This will happen mostly through featuring Texas Tech's Cheerleading Squads, both All-Girl and Co-Ed. And also by letting you live vicariously through me as I update you on the camps I will be working this summer as an instructor for Universal Cheerleading Association!
